I offer group riding and individual training plans in addition to personal on-one-on coaching.


Training Rides

9am – 11am

Improve your climbing, descending, cornering, braking and group riding skills as we tackle the amazing terrain around Dane County. Ride location and route varies each week. All rides are no drop.

Most riders are 40-70 years of age, some younger. Everyone rides their best. No one gets left behind! Fast riders may get to ride some climbs twice!

Personal Training Plans

7 days per week

I take information regarding your current training and your event and fitness goals to create a training plan specifically for you. Workouts are delivered via and can be viewed online, on your smartphone, and in your inbox.
